Add Axios post functions to forms

I have a 7 forms and I need someone to add axios post functions to all of. the post data should be console logged, also some forms have questions, I need the questions pre-filed with data from a json file. The forms are complete. So all I need is the functions. All the forms are done in typescript. The project should take a skilled JS dev no more than an hour. The dev with the most reasonable price will be chosen. Also this project will definitely lead to more work if you do it fast and well. I have a lot of JS/Typescript work available.
