Tailored Personality Assessment Quiz Development

I'm in need of a uniquely designed outcome-based quiz that provides 2 results for the ending in Typeform or similar platform.
Key Features:
- The quiz will consist of 12 questions in total, each of these questions will have two possible choices.
- Each choice points to 2 responses; 1 is from an A/B group, and 1 is from an A/B/C/D group
- Depending on user's responses, the quiz will generate 6-8 different endings.
- The complexity level of each question will be basic multiple-choice type. I don't need any scenario-based or logic branching questions.
- After the quiz, I want the primary and secondary results to be displayed on separate pages with the 2nd page being a paid upgrade to view the result.
