We are a 501c3 non profit humane organization. We subsidize dog and cat spay and neuter
activities in some of Southern California's poorest neighborhoods - we do animal adoption - animal rescue work - and increasingly, legislative advocacy to assure that animal shelters adopt shelter practices that are humane. We also seek to make the general public more aware of the need to address runaway problem of pet over-population. We have been around since 1955 and our offices are in Long Beach. Ouir website:
