This job is for live chat support on Twitter/X. We are seeking individuals with a pleasant personality, strong work ethic, and a desire for stable, long-term employment.
Tasks:
- Engage in conversations on Twitter/X (500 - 700 tickets per day).
Work Hours:
- This is a full-time position requiring 6 - 8 hour days.
- Our primary team operates in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
- You are free to work from any location at any time.
- Mandatory handoff meetings occur throughout the week to address questions and provide updates.
Criteria:
- Excellent English skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fast internet connection.

Hiring Process:
