Twitter Lists - Add users to my list automatically

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with my Twitter list by adding users to it automatically. The purpose of this list is to increase my brand awareness. While I don't have a specific list of users in mind, I would like the freelancer to suggest users based on industry relevance.
