Twitter Automation with Zapier

I'm looking for a skilled professional to set up a Twitter automation system using Zapier. No programming needed. The focus is on the following features:
- Automating the posting of tweets: I want to create a schedule for posting tweets on my Twitter account. The content will be provided by me, but I need the system to handle the timing and frequency of posting.
- Retweeting selected content: I want to automatically retweet specific tweets from my list of followed accounts. This will be based on either specific keywords or hashtags that I'll define.
The system should be triggered by new tweets from the accounts I follow, and then selectively retweet them based on the content. The keywords for retweeting should be customizable and easy to adjust.
