Twitter Automation - Jarvee Style Follow/Unfollow Tool

I am looking for a Developer who can help create and maintain a Jarvee Style Twitter tool. The key features of the application include:

- Manage a great number of accounts simultaneously
- Run via Proxy to avoid ban
- Automated follow/unfollow functionality
- Targeted following through integromat or other software.
- Automated retweeting.
- Humanise use to avoid bans - liking etc.
- Track account status (Followers, Following, Daily activity, Active/Banned, etc.)
