Twitter Account Migration Assistance

I have recently created a new Twitter account and would like to follow all the accounts I was following on my old account. I need someone to help me with this process.
The process:
- Should be done manually: This means going through the list of accounts I followed on my old account, and following them one by one on my new account.
- The process should be done with the aim to follow everyone on my old account.
There is 2,500 to follow
