Tailored Instagram Commenting Automation

I'm seeking an experienced developer to design an Instagram automation tool for me. As a growth-driven Instagram user aiming to maximize engagement, I require automation software capable of:
- Auto-commenting on posts. This should not be arbitrary, I am looking for a more targeted approach.
- Creating comments tailored to individual posts. This means that the tool needs to be smart enough to analyze each post and generate a relevant comment.
- To tailor comments, the bot should consider the following parameters: keywords and hashtags used in each post.
