Job Posting: Female Social Media Assistant (Freelance – EST Time Zone)
We are hiring a FEMALE Social Media Assistant to support a luxury women’s empowerment and boudoir brand.
This is an ongoing weekly position with clear tasks and consistent expectations.
You must be able to work in the New York (EST) time zone.
About Us:
We are a fast-growing women’s empowerment company and boudoir photography studio. Our brand is built on high-quality visuals, feminine storytelling, and consistent daily social media presence. We move quickly and expect accuracy, reliability, and strong communication.
Role Responsibilities
You will assist with:
• **Scheduling content through Later (required)**
• Editing short-form videos for reels, TikToks, and YouTube shorts
• Posting and prepping content according to our content calendar
• Organizing content folders and maintaining naming systems
• Community engagement: comments, DMs, inbox support
• Daily communication with the team inside VOXER
This role is task-based and requires consistency, attention to detail, and reliable weekly output.
Requirements
• Female applicants only (due to the intimate nature of the brand content)
• MUST be available between 9am–6pm EST
• Experience using Later to schedule content
• Experience editing videos for Instagram + TikTok
• Strong written English
• Organized, reliable, fast communicator
• Able to follow SOPs and detailed instructions
• Must be comfortable with feminine empowerment content and women’s lifestyle themes
Pay
• $15 per social media account per week
• Managing all four accounts = $60 per week total
• Opportunity for increased hours and responsibilities based on performance
This is a weekly contracted role with predictable deliverables and room to grow.
Hours
• 10–20 hours per week depending on content volume
• Must be able to complete assigned weekly tasks on EST timelines
