Send 10-50k Twitter dms to targeted twitter followers of an account

Hello i am looking for a freelancer who i can work long term with and able to send 10-50k twitter dms to targeted twitter followers of a specific account. Lets take for example this account : https://twitter.com/KittyCryptoGang. If we work on this one i need you to have many twitter account with the same pfp, same name banner etc and dm all of their followers a special text i will provide. But i really need to make sure you can execute this so prove it to me via private message here. Thank you (this is not a one off job it is long term and you could make alot of it)
