Remove Google Chrome advertisements that are appearing at the right side of my desktop screen

I need someone's help to remove advertisements that keep appearing on the right side of my desktop screen.

I will pay you $30 to make sure the advertisements disappear forever. I will also be uninstalling Google Chrome because I believe the problem started with Google Chrome.
