Adult Industry Social Media Manager (X/Twitter Only)
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m looking for an experienced social media manager with a proven track record growing accounts within the adult content industry, specifically on X (Twitter).
About Me:
I operate an established adult-content brand with a primary X account of almost 18,000 followers. While this account provides a valuable audience base, engagement has become inconsistent, and I’m now focused on growing a newer secondary account which currently has approximately 100 followers.
The goal is to build this second account into a strong, engaged audience while strategically leveraging my larger account as a funnel where appropriate.
I will provide all photos, videos, and content assets. I am not looking for a content creator or graphic designer. I am looking for someone who understands growth, engagement, audience building, and the X algorithm.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for my secondary X account.
- Increase engagement, reach, profile visits, and follower growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience retention.
- Advise on posting schedules, content mix, and account positioning.
- Manage posting and engagement activities as agreed.
- Recommend ways to leverage my larger account to drive traffic and followers to the newer account.
- Monitor account performance and adjust strategies based on results.
- Stay up to date with X algorithm changes and adult-industry trends.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success growing X/Twitter accounts.
- Strong understanding of the X algorithm and organic growth strategies.
- Experience working with adult-content creators, adult brands, femdom/findom creators, or similar niches.
- Ability to provide case studies, examples, or results from previous clients.
- Understanding of audience psychology, engagement tactics, and community building.
- Familiarity with account recovery, reach optimisation, and engagement troubleshooting is highly desirable.
I want to start off the budget small for an initial short tester period, but once success is proven I will happily pay for more as an ongoing agreement. Please provide a portfolio showcasing similar work.
