I’m launching a Web 3 project and need a community manager who can accelerate our numbers on Twitter, Discord, and Deebank. The single, clear objective is growth: more real followers, more wallet-holding members, and a livelier server—all measured weekly.
Your day-to-day work will centre on crafting and scheduling promotional posts, coordinating cross-promotions with other Web 3 brands, driving campaign ideas such as giveaways or AMAs, and keeping conversations flowing so newcomers feel instantly welcomed. I already have branding assets and a basic posting calendar; what I’m missing is the consistent, hands-on presence that turns quiet channels into thriving hubs.
