looking for a software redesign

I need an existing website user interface rebuilt. I need you to design and build it. Current software is built with HTML, bootstrap and JS. Expectation is to be able to provide mock ups of how every page will look after being provided a demo. If mock ups look good, you will be be expected to replace the current software's interface with the new one.
