fixing few adminlte glitches

Hi I wrote a web app back-end
with adminlte
and there are a few graphical glitches that I'd like you to fix

Specifically, the top navigation
and check/fix the bootstrap grid for all the pages, in order to be nice and responsive
(i'm talking about the col col-lg col-md col-... thing)

(the web app is quite small and it's not in production)


Please bid only if you have experience with adminlte
