UI-/UX designer for SaaS system including html coding ( on porto template)

We are looking for an experienced Ui/UX designer for a longterm work.
The work needs to be delivered in pixel and data perfect condition on time so that the database developer can implement this designs without any problems.
So figma or others are ok as soon as you can deliver the html into boostrap 5.0 as well without problems.
We supply the porto template and we expect an understanding on intuitive workflows data approvals while adding datas and avoiding more clicks than necessary. All datas have to be clear pointed and straight pointed for users so that they are not diverted from their work.
Please send us weekly quotes for full time because it is longterm project which will be paid weekly on the agreed milestones,
