- Private access page "Book Now" that will have a form to request access.
*Once the form is submitted an email is sent to site owner or "custom email address" for review of the request.
*If site owner approves the access (from wp admin) then another email with a (access code) will be sent to the person requesting access.
*Once the requester logs in they will be forwarded to a private page and have access to view guest documents, video instruction(s).
*On private page there will be a series of videos (1-many_ that the requester will need to watch all of the videos. Once completed with all the videos then they can move on to final booking page for the condo to select booking dates and payment (these are core pages from the booking plugin). **these booking pages are only visible to guests after viewing all video series on this page. Then we give link to Condo Booking page.
