Website UI/UX makeover

Over the years, our public-facing website has been added to and has grown as we’ve grown and adjusted our business model. We’re seeking someone to provide a UI/UX overhaul of the site which should include a reimagining of the home page (we have a list of sites the company president likes), reorganizing of our information, and better flow to help people find what they need, graphics if/as needed, with a deliverable of HTML and CSS files as need so our in house team can convert it into a working site. The site should be mobile friendly for both iOS and Android, as well as desktop users. Framework should be limited to Bootstrap 5 and jQuery - please, no angular, vue, or other frameworks du jour.
