Website for software as a service company

Need a designer to develop a front-end that I can use to communicate with backend software I created. Front-facing pages include log in, registration, information about software provided, and contact information. Also needs to contain pricing information for the different products we offer (we are currently developing one). I'm attaching our brand guidebook which contains our logo, fonts used, colors used, and other design aspects. Would prefer use of vanilla JavaScript or jQuery as JS frameworks come with a lot of overhead and are hard to manage. If project is successful, may ask designer to take part in other design projects for product administration backend UI designs as well as marketing.
