Web App for Brand Activations

I'm looking to build a lightweight web app for our team to store, search, and showcase brand activations with images.

Core Features:
A) Data-Entry Form
1) 18 fields (Unique ID, Rights Holder, Year, etc.) with dropdowns + free-text boxes
2) Multi-image uploader in the same form
3) On submit: save metadata to DB, images to cloud folder (auto-naming by Activation ID)
B) Bulk Import: Drag-and-drop CSV (matching the 18 columns) + ZIP of images → system ingests both
C) Gallery Front-End:
1) Responsive thumbnail grid with lazy-load
2) Filter bar (multi-select) for Rights Holder, Year, Country, Objective, Audience, etc.
3) Click a card → lightbox shows all images + full metadata

Roles & Access
1) Contributors: use form / bulk import
2) Viewers: browse & filter only
3) Simple login (Google OAuth or email/password)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Web development (front-end & back-end)
- Experience with cloud storage integration
- Database management
- UI/UX design for responsive layouts
- Familiarity with authentication protocols, especially Google OAuth
