Senior Female React 18 Mentor Needed

I need a senior female React 18 developer to sit with my two junior engineers for one week of hands-on mentoring. We will meet twice a day—one hour in the morning and another hour later—using pair-programming (Zoom + VS Code Live Share) to drive real features to completion.

The stack you’ll guide us through is pure React 18 with extensive state handled in Zustand (some legacy Redux still shows up). On the styling side we lean on plain CSS, Bootstrap and Sass, so practical tips on component-level styling, layout structuring and theming are essential. Experience with popular widget libraries is welcome, but the priority is clean React patterns and state architecture.

The focus areas for these sessions are:
• React state management—especially Zustand, with contextual references to Redux where helpful
. For current task , need to use existing paid theme in react for some flows.
. Another task involves to integrate one complicated react framework, which itself has toolbar, drag and drop etc
• Clear, patient pair-programming and mentoring that builds confidence and autonomy in the team

Each day I’ll expect:
• Two live coding sessions (1 hr + 1 hr) tackling our backlog tasks
• Explanations of decisions while coding so the juniors grasp the “why,” not just the “what”
• A brief recap or annotated commit that captures what was covered

If the collaboration clicks, I’m happy to extend the arrangement beyond this first week. Let’s help the team level up together.
