Senior Bootstrap, CSS, HTML developer

I am looking for a bootstrap designer to revamp the design of an existing application and provide us with the new html and style sheet .We are not looking to making a lot of changes to the existing code base besides the design. The should be extremely user friendly and attractive. Please no agencies. We will show you the existing application before we finalize. People not willing to have an online meeting before finalizing the project, need not bid.
