Responsive HTML From Image Mockups

I have between one and five finished visual mock-ups that currently exist only as static images. Each of these screens needs to be recreated as its own responsive HTML page, matching the original design pixel for pixel.

The build must rely on clean, semantic HTML5 and well-structured CSS (Flexbox or CSS Grid are fine). No frameworks are mandated, but feel free to use Bootstrap or a lightweight utility library if it speeds things up without compromising fidelity. Every page should:
• Scale smoothly from mobile through large desktop widths
• Retain typography, spacing, and color exactly as shown in the images
• Load quickly and validate without errors in modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Deliverables
1. HTML and CSS files for each image-based layout
2. Any supporting assets (optimized images, icon sets, webfonts) neatly organised in folders
3. A quick read-me explaining class naming conventions and any build tools used
