Redesigning asp.net mvc website

We are working on a ecommerce website running on ASP.net with MVC 4 and MS SQL. We are in process of restructuring one of the main modules on portal. Major changes are in design with minor business logic changes.
Project requirement:
• Manages MVC Views,Partial Views,HTML5.
• Manage bootstrap css and Jquery
• Optimize Page HTML and Jquery
• Create/ modify controllers
