React JS / Boostrap Frontend Developer

I need a simple one page React JS frontend developed. No code - purely frontend work. Must be built on React Boostrap. The designs are attached, one shows the page and a second a modal. I need you to create a web page that look exactly like this. It does not have to be responsive but must work on screens 800px wide and over.
Coding must be clean, project must be set up with TypeScript and ESLINT, PRETTIER rules. All code must be provided. No auto bids. Don't ask me any silly questions you have all the details you need to make a bid. If I feel your bid is good I will make contact.
