PHP/MySQL Site Update Needed

I need an experienced PHP/MySQL developer to update my reports application. The current code needs to be updated for the latest PHP version.

Key tasks include:

- Updating all charts and graphs (bar, pie, line)
- Add interactive elements and export options

- Auditing user activity
- Updating audit trail
- Adding filter function with User ID, time range, and activity type

- Adding "Has Voted/Have Not Voted" indicator

- Storing users' recent searches for better usability

- Updating certain controls to Bootstrap

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong PHP and MySQL proficiency
- Experience with Bootstrap for responsive design
- Familiarity with data visualization and chart libraries
- Ability to implement interactive elements and export options for charts
