Need Some Customization on Laravel Project

I am looking for a skilled Laravel developer to help me customize my project. I need both front-end and back-end changes to be made within a week.

Note: this is an app portal script for it I need a new custom theme that looks like uptodown and this theme will fast in LCP, and CLS even when using ads or any CSS javascript.
and for backhand, we need some customization our main customization is URL Structure
