Need a Front end developer for my Website (ONLY DEVELOPER NEED, NO THEMEFOREST AND CODECANYON TEMPLATE)

I am looking for a front-end developer to work on my website. I need someone who can create a customizable layout for my site. The ideal candidate should have experience with Angular, as it is my preferred front-end framework. I already have a design mockup for the website, so the developer will be responsible for implementing the design and ensuring that it is responsive. E-commerce functionality is not required for this project. Please note that I am not interested in using any templates from ThemeForest or CodeCanyon.
