Modern Dark Portfolio Website

I’m looking for end-to-end design and development of a sleek, dark-themed portfolio site built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. The finished product has to feel modern, load quickly on every device, and be ready to drop straight onto my hosting.

Core look & feel
• Dark theme throughout, keeping the interface clean rather than flashy.
• Subtle page transitions and tasteful interactive elements (hover / scroll reactions, micro-interactions) to give the site life without slowing it down.

Structure
Home, About, Services, Portfolio, and Contact are the only pages I need for launch, but each must be fully responsive so they read perfectly on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Performance & code quality
Optimised images, minified assets, semantic tags, and lazy loading where appropriate—anything that keeps Lighthouse scores high. Please stick to Bootstrap for the grid and components; any custom styling should live in a separate CSS file so I can tweak colours or spacing later.

Deliverables
• Complete front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS) organised and commented.
• A single compressed folder ready for deployment.
• A brief read-me explaining build steps and how to adjust colours, animations, or content.
