Manage a business operating system.
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
The system is written in PHP, with bootstrap 3 as the display layer and MS SQL Server as the backend.
There are a few JS libraries used, but that is all standard; also a bit of JSON here and there, particularly in the Payment gateway integrations.
With the exception of Stripe, which is installed on the server by command line (when its used instead of PayPal), the setups are to copy a DB, set name and connections, permissions, and copy a new instance into the hosting. Everything else is just settings in the backend.

You will be dealing with new clients and us. As well as the setup, you need to answer any technical and requests a new client may have as they become accustomed to the system.
