Looking for Angular Developer with Angular material design skill for new classified portal.

This is completely new project from scratch. Project is based on classified portal. Looking for experinced Angular developer having good development & design skill in Angular material, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS.
This application having 15 modules, initially Angular developer will have to work on 2 module (Vehicle & Gadgets) with crud operation. These 2 modules must have filter option based on selected criteria.
Swagger API is already hosted. Angular developer needs to consume it.
Functional feature of Application module-
Create Header with Search functionality
Creating Dashboard where all category of item will be displayed. And after clicking on any item the detail page will be displayed.
Crud operation for 2 modules (Gadgets & Vehicles) with filter criteria.
Technical Requirement-
Application need to develop in Angular 15.
Angular material, bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Typescript will be used .
Writing reusable components.
