Laravel Inventory & Sales Platform -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m building a responsive web application on Laravel to help a small business handle inventory and sales from a single, streamlined dashboard. The system will recognise three distinct roles—Admin, Staff and Customer—so permissions stay crystal-clear from day one.
Core workflow
• Secure authentication directs each role to its own landing page.
• Stock managers will be able to add, edit and retire products while the system auto-tracks real-time quantities.
• When a sale is completed, the app must create a clean PDF invoice and immediately log the transaction. I’d like PayPal integrated for online payments.
• A lightweight reporting area will visualise monthly sales trends and trigger low-stock warnings.
• Users should be able to back up data or export it to CSV / Excel at any time.
Tech & quality notes
I prefer Bootstrap or Tailwind for the mobile-first UI—whichever you’re fastest with. Please follow clean-code conventions, include basic PHPUnit coverage where it adds value, and annotate the code so a future maintainer isn’t left guessing. A brief Markdown-style setup guide will round things off.
Timeline & collaboration
We’ll kick off as soon as you’re ready and target a four-week launch. I’d like progress updates every few days through whichever channel you’re comfortable with. After hand-over, I’ll need a seven-day window for any bug fixes discovered in production.

• PayPal payment flow fully tested in sandbox & live modes
