JPG to Responsive HTML
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a single high-resolution JPG mock-up and I need it rebuilt as a clean, responsive HTML5 page that renders exactly like the design on desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. The page will be published as a standalone, static website (not an email template or an embed), yet I still want a few interactive touches drawn from the design:
• Buttons that change state on hover/tap and link to placeholder URLs
• A lightweight image slider in the hero section (auto-play with manual navigation)
• A simple form-—contact or newsletter, whichever matches the layout—wired to a dummy action for now
Please keep the code semantic, W3C-valid, and well-commented so I can tweak copy or colors later. You are free to use vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript or a framework such as Bootstrap—just note your choice in the comments and include any external libraries in the final package.
Deliverables
1. index.html matching the JPG pixel-perfectly
2. Separate CSS and JS files (no inline styles)
3. Asset folder for images and icons
4. A brief read-me outlining build steps and library versions
The work is complete once I can open index.html locally, resize the browser, and see the layout flow smoothly with all buttons, the slider, and the form functioning as described.
