Intranet Portal in ReactJS

I have few front end developer position open to develop an intranet portal for an organization hosted in internet. This portal will be used by employees of company to process several loans and quotations provided by the agency. The need is to develop frontend application in ReactJS. Backend REST services need to be integrated in frontend calls. The work will be paid in hourly basis. Hourly budget will be 5 to 8 euro depending on the skill of the personnel. Work will be for minimum 3 months. Further detail and discussion will be based on the requests and interests received.
