Html css to responsive css converter

I have an existing HTML/CSS code that needs to be converted into responsive CSS using bootstrap. I need it done within a short time frame of 2 days. The existing HTML/CSS code is of basic complexity. I'm looking for an experienced programmer who is capable of completing the task efficiently and within the deadline.
