CI4 Hospital Management System
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for an experienced developer to build a complete hospital application in CodeIgniter 4 that covers operations from the front office to the back office.
User roles to support
• Admin – User management, Report generation, System configuration
• Doctor – Patient management, Appointment scheduling, Prescription management
• Patient – access to personal records, appointments, and billing
Key modules
– Front office: patient registration, queue handling, outpatient/inpatient admission
– Clinical records: SOAP notes, lab and radiology results upload
– Pharmacy & prescription fulfilment linked to the doctor’s module
– Billing with payment-gateway integration
– Back office: inventory, accounting interface, and management information reports
Deliverables
1. Fully functional CI4 source code with clean MVC structure and comments
2. SQL scripts for database schema and seed data
3. Installation guide plus a concise user manual
Acceptance criteria
• Role-based access control enforced for Admin, Doctor, and Patient
• Responsive interface (Bootstrap 5 or similar)
• All CRUD operations implemented through CI4 models and controllers
• Reports exportable to PDF and Excel
I will deploy the system on my own server for final testing, so clear deployment instructions are a must. Please outline your proposed timeline, milestones, and any enhancements you can contribute.
