HTML Bootstrap datatable issue fixed

I already have standard HTML Bootstrap 5 datatable that I use with class="table-responsive". Issue am facing is 1) that the search box / table wrapper is also scrolling with the table x-scroll and 2) when columns. I want to know how to fix it so it does not scroll with the table. Attached images show what I need. I need someone proficient with HTML tables ad can work with off the shelf source code from Bootstrap website. Budget $10
