Frontend for a two-page campaign management application using ReactJS and Metronic

A simple two-page campaign management web application is to be prepared. The layout has been defined and the wireframe is ready. The freelancer is required to prepare the user interface using Metronic 8 React JS (Keenthemes) theme.

The quality of the user interface is a must. We shall not discuss on basic frontend topics like grid layout, margins, color scheme, alignments, font sizes, etc. The freelancer is assumed to have the necessary UI design notion and responsibility.
* React JS, as well as Metronic 8 is mandatory. The theme code will be provided AFTER the project is awarded.
* A sample starter project will be provided.
* Mock data services (JSON) shall also be defined to retrieve basic data values.
* Real backend services will be developed afterwards by backend developers. (OUT OF SCOPE)
* The web pages shall be responsive.
* Authentication and authorization are NOT included. (OUT OF SCOPE)
