Frontend, UX, UI on Twig Symfony 4/5

We are a company doing project on Symfony 4 & 5 regularly (1 project per month or so).
Looking for someone specialized in UX/UI specially on TWIG...
NOTE: No backend or core work. This is for 100% UI and TWIG, looking for someone specialized NOT a full stack.
Most project we buy a basic template where a conversion will be made for the needs (Your task) to Twig and tweaked for the project.
Core and backend coding will be done by another team.
