Figma to HTML5/CSS3 with Bootstrap -- 2

I have a Figma design that I need converted to a fully functional website. The design is already complete, and I need your help coding it into a responsive and interactive website using HTML5 and CSS3, with Bootstrap as the framework.

Key Requirements:
- Implement the design as closely as possible, paying special attention to layout and organization.
- The website must be responsive and optimized for various screen sizes.
- I need you to incorporate interactive elements, like image sliders, contact forms and dropdown menus.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap.
- Experience in translating designs from Figma to code.
- A good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong knowledge of best practices for web development.
