Need Webdesigner do improve our template. Our project needs to use PWA web design. We are developing and have a template (AppKitWeb - https://themeforest.net/item/appkit-mobile/27679559). This template needs some customization like: Search field, better table design, ajax select (using bootstrap select).

The project need two front ends:
1) Pacient site (static pages), login area, schedule doctor, paymnent form (usign gateway services), and historic medical data.
2) Doctor site - Login area, financial module , Patient data, Medical data, Configuration module, schedule module.
Our company developed a General Medial Data and now we are making a specific system to personal doctors. The system will cover almost all specialist.

- Computer web browser
- Smartphone
- Tablets
