Demonstrate the use of the npm package bootstrap-select:1.14.0-beta3, Bootstrap 5.2.2, and jquery 3.6.1, in a simple app that is packaged using vite 3.

The app doesn't need to do anything other than demonstrate a few of the examples on the bootstrap-select developer page at https://developer.snapappointments.com/bootstrap-select/examples/. However, the app MUST be built using vite3- it cannot be built statically.
