Custom Responsive e-commerce Admin Panel Build

I’m putting together a fully bespoke admin panel and need the front-end completed in the next month. Everything must be hand-coded with HTML, CSS/SCSS, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript and jQuery, using only free assets. The finished UI should be graphically intense—animated charts, rich cards, and data-driven components—while remaining fast and lightweight on mobile, tablet and desktop. Key deliverables
• Fluid, 100 % responsive layout built on Flexbox / CSS Grid
• Sidebar navigation with Font Awesome or Bootstrap Icons, collapsible via hamburger on small screens
• Dashboard cards for metrics such as Users, Revenue and Orders
• Interactive DataTables.js grid with sorting, filtering and pagination, backed by modal Add/Edit/Delete forms (client-side validation required)
• Chart.js (or equivalent) area, line and doughnut charts for analytics, animated on load and theme-aware
• One-click light ↔ dark mode toggle that persists per session
• Clean, modular file structure (SCSS partials, reusable JS modules) with clear comments

Acceptance criteria
– All screens pass a Lighthouse performance score of 90 + and display error-free in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge
– No paid libraries, no downloaded templates, no inline styles
– Code pushed to Git (feature branches + clear commits) so I can review progress against milestones
