Creation of a pixel-perfect CSS and HTML prototype from an existing design in Figma

Target
From an existing website design you will create a CSS file and an HTML prototype. The results will be further used in an existing web project in a "mobile first" web app in React.

Basis
An existing prototype and styleguide in Figma will serve as the foundation.
Prerequisites (You can find an overview of the style guide and prototype in the appendix)
- As a prerequisite, there is a responsive React project based on Bootstrap 5.2.3
- You should basically only create elements in CSS and override Bootstrap where necessary.
- You have to stick to the prototype in Figma pixel by pixel
- The CSS must take animations from the Figma prototype (background, transitions, etc.)
- Each of the elements must be implemented individually and in context according to the Pages in Figma.
- The CSS must be sustainable, so that the CSS can be extended later.
Delivery results
The following elements must be delivered as delivery results:
- Complete CSS file incl. animations analogous to Figma prototype
- Responsive HTML prototype containing all elements and pages according to Figma prototype. The elements must be created on an overview page analogous to the style guide. This is a "mobile first" app. However, the elements must also work well on a tablet or desktop. Tiles must be displayed side by side in larger viewport and one below the other on a mobile.
- All pages from the Figma prototype must be prototyped. It's up to you if you want to make one page with all elements or split it into subpages according to Figma.
Conditions
- Bid on the project only if you understand the requirements 100% and agree with the delivery results.
- The existing Figma prototype serves as a basis. You have to extract colors, lines, animations from the prototype yourself and implement them in CSS/HTML.
- Communication will be exclusively through Freelancer.com, no outside communication.
- Milestones will be created based on your progress in maximum 25% increments.
- No milestones will be released until the project is 100% complete.
- The order is fulfilled when the HTML prototype works like the Figma prototype.
- Your offer must contain the word "coati" so that I can see that you have read and understood all the requirements. Otherwise it will be ignored.
