Create single page React App with Bootstrap

Top right button must have a gray state, and a function that changes it to a green state (success).
The buttons on the forms must unlock the form boxes (each button unlocks each respective form), when unlocked, change the button to a save button, color primary.
the center block in the page, must be its own component, but it is an image 800px by 450px, use a gray rectangle for now. It is attached for ease.
The bottom buttons need to be able to change the state of the above image.
