Create "CRUD" form pages and a "REGISTRATON and LOGIN" form page.

I am looking for a full stack software engineer that will create some professional CRUD pages for me using:-
• BOOTSTRAP 5.1.3 (or the latest version if another should come out before this project is started)
• CSS3
• JAVASCRIPT ES2015
• JQUERY 3.6.0 (if necessary)
• PHP 8.0.11
• PDO
• OFFICIAL FETCH API STANDARD
• GOOGLE’S ROBOTO FONT
NOTE: I “DO NOT” require any graphics, background images, or coloring on any of the forms at all.
All pages should be as described and using the below information:-
• All forms must be as up-to-date and bullet proof as possible against sql injection or any other preventable hacker attack as much as possible.
• Cookies will be required on all forms and all viewers will be notified as to such by a popup at the bottom of the page when they initially pull up the registration/login form page.
• Certain form pages will require that an individual be registered and logged in to access them. I will advise you as to which pages below.
• I will furnish the mysqli database complete with tables.
The pages I want created are as follows:-
Form page #1 will be a combination registration and login form page which will require an email address, user name, and an encrypted password of no less than 8 characters with at least 1 capital letter, 1 special character and at least 1 number.
When submitted, it will automatically send an email to the email address used to register the individual.
This email must contain a hyperlink leading back to a form that will place a notification in the database that the email was successfully returned before the individual is officially registered and allowed to use any other forms.
Form page #2 will be the form input page used to create database records (populate the database with the required individual’s information). This form page will create a new file in the database using blanks to input info as described below.
• First name (required)
• Last name (required)
• Zip Code (not required)
• Upload a photo (required)
• Information text box (required)
NOTE: A “DELETE THIS RECORD” button must be added to this page that, when clicked, creates a popup window with buttons that says “DELETE” or “CANCEL”. When the “DELETE” button is pressed, it will completely delete the record from the database and remove the corresponding record’s photo from the “IMG” folder and delete all links to that record. Naturally the “CANCEL” button means “I CHANGED MY MIND” and when pressed, it makes the popup window disappear with no effect on any record.
Form page #3 will be a search page with blanks to enter the following items to be searched for:-
• First name (required)
• Last name (required)
• Zip Code (not required)
Form page #4 will show the results when a search is performed returning the following items:-
• First name
• Last name
• Zip Code
• Photo of the individual owning this record
• Information entered into the text box
Form page #5 will be the form input page used to “EDIT” an existing record in the database. I will provide a mockup example of what I am speaking of.

You do not have to create any areas for logos or graphics of any kind. No footer info is required.
