Build a User Interface application for a small scale Tailoring Unit

Hi there,
I am looking for a talented and experienced freelancer to build a "Customer and order management systen" (an UI system)for a small scale Tailoring unit as part of a new business.
The complexity of the application is simple. The design, architecture and the prototype of the application will be provided so that the freelancer can directly start coding.
The prototype covers most of the basic requirements and for rest of them, the Requirement definition document will be provided.
The application should be built in Python-Django framework using the backend as SQLExpress. The draft of DB design will be provided.
The freelancer should also have experince in UI technologies such as web design, HTML, CSS and Bootstarp. Sample HTMLs will be provided.
The freelancer must provide his/her previous work experince in the respective technologies to understand your quality of work.
I need the project to be completed at the earliest. Looking forward to hear from intereted freelancers soon.
