Bootstrap website template w/ side bar feature ASAP

Hello, I am looking for a website to be created with a CMS (Admin) where I can create dated / time stamped posts to show on main page that also has the ability to display a sidebar with notes similar to the attached screen shot. It should include text, images, video or links below the sidebar text that users can see and read / view.
