Bootstrap to WordPress Site Integration

I need my entire Bootstrap website completely integrated into WordPress. The site must retain all current functionality without any modifications.
Key Requirements:
- Full layout and design integration from Bootstrap to WordPress.
- Implementation of existing site functionality in the new WordPress site.
I already have a WordPress theme that I want to use for this project. The ideal freelancer for this job should have extensive experience with both Bootstrap and WordPress, in addition to a strong understanding of integrating complex websites into WordPress.
